How to prepare
Eat a light meal 2–3 hours beforehand, stay hydrated, and wear comfortable clothing. Avoid heavy exercise immediately before your visit.
Things to consider
Not suitable during pregnancy, for certain blood conditions, or while taking blood thinners unless cleared by your physician. Share your health history honestly at intake.
